I’ve removed and added the printer several times but still will not allow Excel spreadsheets to print. I just printed some pages from a website, so it seems the communication between the computer and the printer is working with no issues.
I cannot print PDF files, either, but it’s not printing streaks. It gives me an error message as soon as I send it to the printer, so I don’t get anything.
